Beginning now, version 6 Skills Assessment forms are available in OQSG’s online system. We are committed to continually improving and have updated our forms to increase the overall quality and accurateness of each record.

One of the changes made is the removal of date, start and end times for each criteria element. We have replaced this with a single date, start and end time for each subtask as a whole.

Another change is the addition of “Simulation” as an assessment method. Within a simulation, an employee would demonstrate their ability to perform a task by using the appropriate equipment or completing applicable steps in a controlled environment (rather than on the job.)

By reducing repetitive documentation and adding “Simulation,” we anticipate more accurate and meaningful documentation on each form.

OQSG is always here to help. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
